Looking for educated Coach/Analyst

We have a fairly new team, in which we are all fairly experienced with the game. All Members are Silver and up and most of us are friends. Would like to create a serious team, but need instructive criticism for each player. Would prefer a highly skilled player, who knows about each role consecutively and can review what we did wrong, and work with us on it. MUST BE ABLE TO RECORD AND ANALYZE GAMES. Availability is really whenever everyone is on. So that's not a huge issue as long as you play alot. Also it'd be preferred if you could come up with Team comps that best suit the roles of each player individually. I am the owner if the team so just add me and I'll get back to as soon as I am able. We are a team of semi-talent that wants to grow better as a team. And a coach would be able to keep us at our best. The team plays alot of normals atm, trying to prepare and create a better communication between everyone, so we are a fresh start for anyone. Thanks.
