Main Top Laner - Looking for Team

Hello, last season I did really well as far as my playing abilities in League of Legends. This season it feels like I don't take it as serious or been improving and I believe that's because my old team I was part of last season disbanded. I use to be more determined to improve my skills because others relied on me and that's what drive me, so I'm looking to join a new team.

Currently this season I'm Silver 5 but was Silver 2 last season. I versed people in a higher elo last season all the time since I was the lowest ranking member on the team, so rank doesn't intimidate me or do believe that truly represents what type of player you are. My champion pool for top lane is pretty large and willing to expand it upon request.

IGN: AP BlackAngel Rank: Silver 5, last season Silver 2 Age: 24 Communication: Skype or Curse (can expand upon request) Top 5 Champion Picks: Dr. Mundo, Gnar, Illaoi, Vladimir, and Gangplank (I have more but this is what I commonly played with teams) Strengths: Great at map awareness and do very well at making Teleport plays. I have lots of practice with my top lane champions so know a lot of their individual strengths and weaknesses. Great at CSing as well and rarely fall behind. Weaknesses: I think the biggest flaw of mine is taking losing too heart. During match I'll always hope for a comeback and play my best til the end but after its all said in down I can be in a downer mood on myself especially if I'm the reason why we lose.
