P4 ADC main looking for duo.

I am an adc/support main with generally 55% winrate on mainly all my ad's aside like 1. I'm looking for any role mainly a support duo. Plat or higher would be nice. Comms are not necessary as long as we have synergy. I play to climb i self critique myself every game and all i want to do is get better. Have the same mindset as that as i plan on hitting at least high diamond by the end of the season. I know it's going to be hard but i'm willing to put in the effort everyday and learn. EVEN coaching would be nice as well as i said, i just want to get better overall so i can climb as high as i can this season. I play multiple hours a day so i do have the time.
