Looking for some voice friends on League of Legends

tl;dr I'm just looking for people who want to join in a group of friends, preferably 5 people including myself, and it would be awesome if you read the rules, but mostly it's just being kind and understanding of others and stuff. I want to make a youtube channel as well so that would be pretty cool!

Hey guys, I don't really know if what I'm posting is exactly appropriate for the Team Recruitment Forum but I wouldn't see why not. Go ahead and correct me though if this isn't the right forum to post this.

Anyways, I'm looking for voice friends on League of Legends to play normal/ranked, or do friend like things. If you're interested just message back!

Here are a few things I expect so that everyone can have a successful relationship with each other.

1. I wouldn't say this is absolutely mandatory, but I would appreciate it if you had a clear microphone, and that you spoke clear, American English without an impossible to understand accent. It just makes communicating easier.

2. Please don't get mad easily. I'm fine with you being mad or frustrated, but what worries me is having someone in the group whose anger fits are so scary that everyone is too afraid to talk. If you understand what I mean.

3. Don't get offended easily, I can understand if a joke is wrong or makes you feel uncomfortable, instead of going off and getting extremely offended, I would prefer you just saying "I don't feel comfortable with you saying that." So that everyone knows what is appropriate to say. Things shouldn't get overly personal in my opinion, but that doesn't mean you're off limits to sharing your problems or feelings.

4. Don't put anyone down in the group, I would like to find people who are supportive even when they don't agree with something. I'm not saying you can't disagree with someones "ways" or whatever. Just be supportive and friendly no matter who is in the group.

5. Don't ask for anything more than just Name, Age, Gender, unless you know the person well enough. I want people to be safe, you can't necessarily just trust people you've met only like a week ago or whatever. Plus it's uncomfortable sometimes for someone to ask for your phone number, or house address.

6. I'm fine with cursing, but don't overdo it. It can get pretty annoying and stuff.

7. This is the last thing, but if you have problems with anything, just say it politely instead of holding it in, or being mean about it. Everyone in the group has to take into consideration everyone else's feelings. I will be telling you if I have any problems so you should do the same. You shouldn't have to be afraid of being treated fairly, so make it important.

I'm hoping that we can all get along together, I only really want 5 people including myself to be in this circle of friends. And also if the relationship between the group becomes successful enough, I want to actually start a YouTube Channel featuring the fun we have. For those who say my rules are selfish or whatever, this doesn't concern you. This concerns the people who have the same feelings about friendship as me. I've had very unsuccessful relationship in Real Life with friends, and that' probably because it's High School and I haven't worked in a social place yet, but for now I need people to spend time with instead of sitting alone all day. On the side note, I am 15 years old, and I would like to find people who are about the same age as me, but if you're like 20 or something close then it's not a big issue as long as you have time to spend with the group. I would really hate it if you just left all of a sudden and never came back. I wouldn't do that so I'd hope the people I find will treat me the same way.
