Looking for a Diamond player to spectate my games/replays

So as the title stated I am looking for a diamond player that can help me improve.I am currently platinum 4 on EUNE , and i main top/marksman , can play every role , my worst role is support I guess.I want to climb to Diamond and to do that i need them skills to carry my team.I want soembody with enough patience to chat with me and tell me everything I do wrong and explain to me why it is wrong and what was the alternative better decision at that particular given situation.

Thanks a lot , if somebody is willing to help me , reply to this thread and I will add you :D cheers (turns out I posted this thread in the wrong section , so I am reposting it here , following rito's advice :D)
