S4 sup and jg main looking for a strong team to climb to gold! dedicated only pls...

I need a team that I can climb with, I'm sick of the far too common feeders and flamers or just the younger players that don't understand the importance of csing, where they should be in team fights, and how to focus objectives. I want multiple strong players idec if it's my own team if someone wants to invite me to a team I'd be grateful but I want to grind to gold before season ends... thanks
