Trying to make a Dynamic or even a Ranked team

after talking to a few people gonna try to make a 5 man squad to enjoy playing ranked with ranks matter a little as we want to climb could even use higher elo to teach im not gonna coach or say im the best im not but i would love to organize some guys together so message me in game if interested!
