Creating a Platinum+ Ranked 5's Team.

Summary My name is Tony, and I'm looking to create a Platinum+ Ranked 5's Team to help four others and myself earn Season 4 Team Ward Rewards. However, I'm also interested in participating in online tournaments and seeing how far we can go as a team instead of as Solo-Queuers.

About Me Again, my name is Tony, alias WaeTonyWae. I have been playing League since January 2011. I did not participate in Ranked Season 1, in Season 2 I reached Gold, and Seasons 3 and 4 I reached Platinum. I am mainly a Mid Player, though I used to main Support in the previous seasons. I'm interested in developing a team of five individuals into one unified team. Obviously, regardless of what we do, we will not always win; however, if you are willing to take criticism, learn, and improve, as well as help others to learn and improve, I'm interested in you joining. Likewise, obviously, I'm not perfect, so I can learn and improve along the way, as well.

Requirements Simply put, I do believe that Solo Queue isn't a fair representation of many people's abilities. However, at the same time, there are clear differences between players' abilities between Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond+, simply their responsiveness and their decision making - more so than their mechanics of the game. So, simply, some general requirements include...

• Platinum-Level+ in Solo Queue or a previous Ranked 5's Team (with you participating in at least 5 of the team's victories.)
• Ownership of at least Three-Fourths of the entire Champion Pool
• Ownership of at least Four Rune Pages
• Ability to communicate via Skype
• Ability to participate in practice sessions on a regular basis (3 out of 5, schedule will be determined based on all players availability)
• Age of 18+ (If you are turning 18 soon, feel free to apply but include that information in the application.)
