Gold jg lf duo

Gold jg, I mostly main sej, grag, malph with the current meta. I can ekko, vi, j4, rek, nid, or any other jg that was remotely viable this season. I have plat to diamond level knowledge of the game, but I don't get to play a ton (med school). Just looking to make a dent towards plat.

LF mid, adc, or supp who knows proper positioning, objective control, map control, and engage/disengage. I ping a lot, and I'm not a huge fan of ts/skype so I'm mainly looking for someone who doesnt suck and can get the hint from pings.
