Starting a Ranked Bronze/Silver Team

Looking for top/jungle/adc/support to play with. I expect to practice atleast 2-3 times a week for 2-4 hours depending on how everyone schedule is like. Please add your IGN, lane, champions and age.

I need people who are open to discussion and feedback. People who are able to play in a calm environment. There will be no blaming others, or raging of that sort. I want people who are supportive of each other and willing to get better. There will be analysis and discussion after games.
