Serious Plat+ team looking for Mid laner

Hello. I am starting up a serious ranked team. We will be playing monday - Thursday 6-11(+) pm EST. What we will be doing is practicing at that time and replay analysis. The main purpose of this team is to get good synergy and start to enter tournaments. The second reason is to get better individually and as a team. I have been running guilds/clans for about 10 years now so I know who's going to fit and who's not so please do not waste each others time by lieing on your application. With my experience in leading over the years I learned once crucial thing that unfortunately can only be taught with time, how to keep a team running for a long period of time. Also if you are not willing to follow the shot caller please do not apply. What I am looking for is players who I feel will have good synergy and be able to have fun playing league. Please be at least 18 years of age.

this team is made for one purpose. Long term. If you just want a team that you will be on for 3 weeks then be done this is not the team for you.

Interviews will be held before a tryout is given.

Was gold 2 last season Champs: velkoz, Anivia, Ahri other: leblanc, zed, cassieopia, katarina Warding: 7-8 I will follow your calls I try to point out mistakes in a way that helps them but doesn't come off like raging I wouldn't say passive, I would say calculated aggressive It seems like fun. and I want to compete at a high level Sometimes when I'm focusing I get really quite and that can hurt communication. I also play off meta champs, they work in solo queue but I don't know how well the work on a team (if this is a problem tell me to pick someone more traditional. you can count on me to win lane. I always have a positive attitude ya I can play on the weekend

Are you afraid to tell people what they did wrong (there is no right answer here): No I think its good to let people know what went wrong so they know what yo do next time in the same situation.

Do you like to take risks? Or are you more passive?: I know when I can take risks and when I need to be passive so its pretty mixed.

Why are you wanting to join a serious ranked 5s team?: I need to improve myself and my team play. Also want to get to a competitive level.

Biggest weakness: Sometimes fall behind on cs, indecisive at times

Biggest strength: Calling out enemy movements, warding, position

But in the heat of the moment I have no filter. Do you like to take risks? Or are you more passive?: It depends on who I am playing and how the game is going. Most of the time I am a risk taker, but if I'm playing Orianna I am quite passive. I believe this question is difficult to be answered because every game presents a different gameplay.
