We are seeking several things. First thing is a coach. Your responsibilities will be:

1. Create team comps based on our best and preferred champions.
2. Be sure that we are playing our set solo queue games weekly. You will be keeping tracking of this.
3. Guide us through pick and ban phase in order to assist us in ensuring our comp especially during bo3 and bo5.
4. Coordinate with the analyst to decide what's the best direction for the team to take.
5. The rest is up to you. What you want to do, and how much effort you want to put in is up to you.

Next is an analyst. Your responsibilities will be:

1. Review replays and coordinate with the coach and players on things we should be doing different based on comps, plays, timings, etc.
2. Allow players 1on1 time with you in order for them to improve their individual play. Review solo queue replays if necessary.
3. The rest is up to you. What you want to do, and how much effort you want to put in is up to you.

Next are subs. We will be seeking 2 subs, possibly 3. Your responsibilities will be:

1. We have requirements each week for our own personal play, and team play, while you will not be required to follow these requirements, the more you do the better chance you have of getting more play time, and even improving your individual skill.
2. Your number one job is to continually improve in order to push the starters to continually improve. You are the reason we won't get complacent.
3. Try to be as available as possible if you are needed to fill in for missing players.
4. Typically, we should be able to throw you into the mix and it not degrade our individual play by too much.
5. The rest is up to you. What you want to do, and how much effort you want to put in is up to you.
