Silver 3 l4 smurf duo to skip divisions

I've been facing against silver1-gold5 players in my games and my friend had told me this means my mmr is good enough to skip if i dont lose anymore and win series ill skip silver 2. Any body good got a smurf want to be nice and help a guy out? I can do way more than just hold my weight i carry a few games. Just need someone to make sure dont lose. Also if possible i want some tips on how i can improve. This is my first season doing ranked and i am not ok with where I'm at. I want to improve. Please add me in-game if you can help.
