Gold 4 Looking for a Serious ranked team and adjustable schedule

I'm currently Gold 4 as of 8-4-2015 and would like to join a serious ranked team. I main mid lane but can play any role except adc. I am willing to learn and change play style to fit the teams needs and was also looking for a schedule to fit everyone on the team.
