Looking for duo partner for high silver/low gold

I just recently came back after a few years away from the game where my ranking has decayed quite a bit. I use to be a high plat player looking to climb back up to that and possibly into diamond. I just want someone reliable to climb with and who plays the map. Im so sick of teams who dont group till 30 mins in then wonder why we lost the game!
