LF D+ players for serious flex team.

Me and a group of friends are looking for more skilled people to hit challenger in flex this season. We are looking for like-minded people who want to play with people who want to improve from game to game,, can listen to instructions and play for competition.

Here are the requirements

You must play meta champions in your role (multiple of them)

You must have a Diamond+ soloq ranking s7 or s8

You must have a flex ranking of high gold/plat/dia

You must not be an offended little snowflake, you will get yelled at at some point or another if you take this shit personally and whine about "toxicity" don't waste your time.

You understand how to ward, and play your champions while ahead and from behind.

You must be on at least semi regularly

Kinda curious about why you're recruiting only dia+ when you yourself were not dia last season. You had great winrates sure, (some of that was attributed to climbing from bronze elo I assume) but it still seems kind of silly to set a limitation for recruitment that is higher than your ending rank last season or current flex rank this season. Not trying to bash you man but if you're looking for serious teammates I would change the requirement or climb yourself first.

I'm plat 5 currently on the account "H1 H0w are ya" with a decent win rate and ended Diamond 4 on my main account "Fucking Shit" before it was banned (yes that is the actual name)

I am a little confused on the D+ part as you yourself were not diamond last season.
