Hello, I'm E7 Dolphin, from Element Seven, currently we are starting up an independent ranked team that is also linked to our ranked team Element Seven. This team will be operated by someone within your team but conflicts and improvements will be going through the two teams as well as strategy, what we are trying to do here is not only expand a bit as a new ranked team but also make sure we always have people to bounce build ideas and make sure we are playing the most optimal league of legends we possibly can. We are not at all trying to control or manipulate your team or anything within your team we just want to have a team always practicing and have scrims against the two teams which are obviously friendly, I am the manager of Element Seven currently and will try to be Head Coach/Organizer of Element Six as well, we are confident in our abilities to manage two teams and as a group agreed that this is the best direction for our ranked career. We will also be providing resources such as coaches outside of the teams and tournament opportunities as much as we can, we will do this by constantly scouring for tournaments and joining tournament teamspeak servers. We are a serious ranked team only taking people devoted to being on the ranked team and not being a jerk.
