DUO gold partner

Looking for a duo gold partner. You just have to be decent or good. Someone who can hold their lane and not give up a ton of deaths. No skype or anything. Just use pings. I just need a partner that i don't have to worry about their lane snowballing. I play decent to good depending on how the opponent skill. But i almost never feed, or have very bad games. Just need a good gold player so i can feel sure 40% of the team is decent instead of 20%. Im gold 3. I won 14 in a row two days ago and now stand at winning 18 of 22 .
