Help me make League better

hey am creating a team all interested players

since layers look for teams all time im providing a common ground for interested people

the roster will have gold+ players as backup and plats and diamonds as main. The higher elos will play like 10-15 games a week and the lower will play 7-8 this will improve gameplay as lower elos can spectate and learn from the higher ones and the higher ones can guide the lower ones. Help me create a better league so everyone can learn and grow.
