Gold I Mid and Plat V ADC looking for Support for flex, with plans to make a team

My friend and I are looking to make a flex + tournament team to compete in the near future. Both of us have previous team experience, and have competed in tournaments in the past.

While we will eventually look for a top and a jungler, we first want to find a support that fits with us as a unit, once we find someone we will be looking to finalize our roster. We also have plans to have a practice schedule and set up potential scrims. While we will not have a schedule for our 3 man flex games, when we create a team our schedule will most likely involve starting practice around 8-9 pm est, playing 2-3 days a week (days may be flexible, time is not as flexible).

We are looking for support mains around our elo in solo queue, so we ask that you be around gold II - Plat IV in solo queue. In terms of flex it would be ideal that you are gold - low plat in flex, simply so that we can actually queue up together.
