Looking for a lifetime duo (Gold)

Hi, I'm looking for a Gold ADC that is willing to go through the long haul in this World of ranked. I am a Gold V support, and wish to progress higher and reach at the very least Diamond V this season. I'm trying to find someone who is also looking for a good synergy and personality, I'd prefer someone who does not rage, but also tries to win.
