Silver Player looking for ranked team

I'm currently a silver 4 player looking for a ranked team. Prefer a mature group of players. I main ADC in solo Q, with support/top being second choices. Not a very good JG but willing to give it a go with a ranked team that understands it's not ALWAYS the JG's fault. My mid champ pool is relatively small, but would be willing to work on expanding it if that was needed. Prefer a team that plays between 830-930 start (central) until 12 at the latest (last game start at 1130 absolutely latest). Willing to commit 2-3 nights a week near 100% attendance (week nights), but as I have other commitments, I will likely miss a few here and there. Will be extremely serious while playing, but not so serious that I'll tilt, rage, etc. Willing to play as a backup as well. Respond here or add me on LoL.
