Diamond 2 Team LF Jungler/Mid

We ended as a diamond 2 (just lost master promos before tryouts) team looking for high diamond/master (previous season) tier jungle or mid laner.

What are we looking for:

Good decision making - Avoiding the solo queue aggression like diving when we don't know when the jungler is, trying to fight when there is a lot of people missing, etc

Communication - You need to be constant talking throughout the game, relaying information like where is the jungler, where are wards, etc. (if you go through a game and barely say anything, we will not take you)

Wards - If you don't buy wards we will not take you

Admitting your mistakes - We just are trying to get on the same page, so you need to be able to admit your mistakes. We don't want to argue 10 min for some minor. We know that mistakes are going to happen, and we are looking to fix them as efficiently as possible

Willing to fix you mistakes - It is on you to fix your mistakes, we cannot be constantly on you to fix them

Commitment - We expect you to be at every practice, if you do need to miss practice, you need to tell us beforehand

We practice weekly 6-9 PM PST monday-thursday. We also do weekly go4lols and other tournaments. We are going to work to be challenger in S5 and expect you to have the motivation to work at being at that level of play. IGN Weiman.
