Looking for some people to play with consistently. Semi/serious.

Im Silver IV right now, fairly new to the game, but i want a group that will play the same roles for ranked games and switch it up for fun on non-ranked games. I love playing top lane, so really I'm looking for anyone around my rank that won't bitch about losing a game every now and then.
