New player LF non toxic group

While I have been level 30 for quite sometime, I'm really looking for a group or clan that is willing to help new players get better. If anyone knows of any chat rooms or clans for this, please let me know. The only thing I ask is I don't want to be around toxic people who put down people who are learning. I am also looking for people to help me get better at this game in general. Please feel free to PST me in game ( Dexim ) if you would be willing to help.
