Bot Lane Duo Creating Gold+ Dyanmic Q

We are a duo that has played together since season 2, hitting diamond season 3+4. We stopped playing season 5, I hit gold and stopped to get the season rewards. Despite averaging a 2.0 kdr, I have only about a 50% win rate. We're looking for laners/junglers that won't go 1/9 every game and can carry a game once in a blue moon. When we queued as 5, we won 7 in a row. We'd like to repeat that result. We are EST time zone. We play at random hours but we can set something up once we get some people together. Gold 4-Gold 1 only. Don't want to raise MMR too fast.

Comments: But really to explain why I have a 44% winrate this season is because i had random internet problems the past few months that mainly only affected league I would have 2k ping spikes or completely dc games, and I had no way of telling some days it would be fine, but I eventually quit playing league altogether for a bit but now I bought a very expensive ethernet adapter that finally solved the problem. (I live in Florida, so I had to deal with frontier merge.)

My past two seasons can be proof both have above 50% winrate.
