Plat 5 mid laner looking for a somewhat serious flex 5s team

I am a mid laner currently ranked plat 5 in soloQ looking for a full team to play ranked flex with. My flex rank is currently bronze 3 because I have hardly played it this season. I am okay with playing with players lower ranked than me as long as they take it somewhat seriously.
