Looking for Midlaner for Diamond 5s/Tournament Team D5+

Hi the Monsters Association Diamond team is looking for a new Midlaner, please apply below using the application. We play every Monday, Weds, Friday from 6pm to around 9/10 pm Est standard time. On the weekend we do tournaments and possibly leagues but players get plenty of notice before an event so they can work it into their schedule.
