Want to start a team (this will be ranked and norms)

Hello, I want to set up a team to play with consistently. I have been on several games in the past and have mained all roles. I want to find a team of people dedicated to getting better and play with those individuals to achieve the goal of improvement. I am silver 5 and am willing to play with individuals of any rank, though I would like at least one higher ranked individual to 1v1 occasionally to work on laning phase and mechanics with. If you are interested add me in game and we can talk.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs] P.S. also feel free to comment on here so we can keep this post near the top. Thanks
