Need My own personal team (Somewhere near Bronze Elo for flex or solo/duo)

Hi, I'm Tsuk, I'm looking for a team to play ranked flex in or so. The reason why I'm making this post is because i really don't want people flamming me in league so I can avoid wasting like 5 minutes in game talking to my team, since they're flamming me most of the time. Playing with a group of strangers is a bit scary from time to time since if you basically mess up they just go into all chat and start saying stuff like "Wow this Lux sucks so bad, she built zhonya's late game" or something like that. I know putting this out on the board to a bunch of strangers is crazy but, being stuck in this elo hell is the worst part. I just want to avoid tilt and play with a team of 5 people for ranked flex or something like that to climb and get elo with communication instead of wasting time in game talking to each other about how bad we are. I wanna get to know the people who I'm playing with so that I can avoid random people so, I'm placing my discord server for the link. I'm still kind of new to league and I'm in Bronze 2, so having someone to help me with a lane matchup that I'm up against would also be helpful as well. Basically all I want is a team that can work together to get out of this elo hell.

So If you're wondering what roles I play as, my roles are Mid and Support for the fill. Jungle if I have to, but I just can't play top or adc.
