Looking for a real team 5 v 5. Not duo queue.

I'm currently silver but I want to start/join a team of people either from bronze to platinum(doesn't matter as long as you have good awareness and game knowledge) to play as a 5 v 5 team with the same people at the same position and climb the ranks in 5 v 5 team rankings. I'm a versatile player who can play every positions, I'll fill the role needed and will focus on this particuler role.
