LF ranked team

Hello to all who is reading this. I am Trinex Corndog. I am currently looking for a ranked team. I am silver 2. I play all positions well. My top champs for each lane include. Mid: Kat, LB,akali. Top: gragas, vlad, lee sin. Jungle: lee sin, Shaco , nunu. Support: braum, Alistar, soraka. ADC: Lucian, Ashe, TF. I am able to play anytime. I am able to practice anytime.
