Looking for a team to start and grow with

I've been playing league seriously for a few months now. I'm starting to get a good feel for the game and each of the roles. I want to take it even more seriously now that I have hit level 30 and am pretty comfortable with multiple champs. I don't have a preference on experience. It would be nice to play with other people in a similar position but I wouldn't mind learning from someone, so I'm open to anything. Primarily i want a team I know won't afk or start surrendering. I want to play.
