Just need some advice/help

So i decided that since i start playing around the start of juggernauts (absolute regret) managed to get through that and since the start of this season i played some normal games and got a couple rune pages and some idea of what im doing with some champs i feel able to play at some skill level. i wanted to try out ranked and see how it was and well for my placements im 1 and 8 so far about to do my last match tonight i think im getting bronze 5 scrub tonight but i wanted to know what people do. i notice i go on tilt and rage when some one starts to flame me for being outplayed or dying somewhat early or end up losing lane. so im wondering if anyone has any advice for me for ranked in general thanks for taking the time to read this and any help you may leave me have a great morning/day/night :) and happy climbing.
