lf adc for climbing to challenger

Hello. I recently jsut finished my ranked restriction and im back. I am playing from season 2 and main support. I have all the champs and can learn how to play all of them. I am looking for an adc that is atleast 16+ and will want to duo to climb to challenger or high diamond. I am hoping the person can use ts to speak and doesnt flame or isnt toxic. Furthermore, the adc has to be skilled and know how to play in a teamwork. I am quite an aggressive support so prefer if adc is aggressive but if we have to, i want the adc to know how to play passive. I am hoping that we can learn from mistakes and not flame or argue just simply get better.
