Diamond 2 Support/Mid Looking for team

Roles: Support/Mid Rank: Diamond 2 (Peaked at Diamond 1) Support Champs: Lulu, Nami, Thresh, Braum, Janna Mid Champs: Lulu, Ori, Liss, Varus, Zed, Leblanc, Lux

I'm looking for at least a Diamond+ (Plat+ if I think the team can improve) team. My strengths would be I'm mechanically sound, being able to position myself in team fights properly, and being able to communicate when the team is trying to make a decision, as well as being a solid shot caller. From my champ pool, I mainly play a supportive role. I prefer to use buffs/cc to control team fights as much as I can. I can also adapt and play an aggressive playstyle.
