Welcome to the Ignite eSports [IGN] application forum post. Before we dive in I am going to be looking at the applications that are in depth, those are the ones that count to me, and shows that people care. Also this is going to be a high Gold and low Diamond oriented team, so don't submit an application if you aren't. Please take your applications seriously, down below are the requirements, so check if you are eligible to make an application. Also the

In the application state what kind of player you are in that position (Examples) -Mid: As a mid laner I like to roam as much as possible to get my team fed because I know they can carry -Mid: As a mid laner I play support type champions like Lulu, Karma, and Orianna. I love to make good plays for my team that I know they can follow up on.

Those are just some examples. I would like to see a description on how you like to play your lane, so I can see if you are fit for a team I'm looking for.

Requirements

*You are at the rank Diamond 5 or above. *You are at or above the age of 15 *You are able to use/download any communication software *You must be a dedicated player, non-active members will be kicked unless they give a reason ahead of time before they are un-active. Otherwise you will be kicked. *You are fine with meeting new people. (Not shy, annoying, mean, etc) *You are willing to communicate, try your hardest, and can take/give constructive criticism well. *You will respect all members of the team at all times. *You MUST be willing to change your name and add our tag "IGN" in front

These requirements are what I would like to see in a team. And as time goes on, expect more rules to be implemented.

Can I ask if there's a reason you allow 15+? I thought most tournaments won't accept players unless they're over 17.

We are not going to enter tournaments straight away as this is a newly formed team and we need time to bond and play together to form a good synergy.. We are going to start off by playing some 5v5 ranked and WHEN we reach diamond i will start thinking about the requirements for tournaments.

Why do you play League of Legends: I have recently decided to try and make a career out of playing league of legends professionally. I realise I have a potentially long road ahead of me, however I genuinely believe I am good enough and so I work every day at getting better at the game.

I will do my best to work as hard if not harder then everyone else around me in order to prove that I can make it to the top in this game that I love.

What do you look for in a team: I'm looking for a team that is serious about playing and becoming better in league of legends and possibly making it on a professional level. Preferably a team that is dedicated to spending time not just playing but also discussing games and reviewing each others performances in order for everyone to improve.

I also would like to find a team I mesh well with, I have a fairly easygoing personality so I get along with a lot of people but I would not want to be a part of a team that has players that would quit trying because games get "too far out of hand" or starts to blame their team-mates rather then looking at what they can improve upon (note that I mean destructive criticism when I say blaming team-mates).

What can you bring to the team: I realise I am only bronze II and far below the requirements you were looking for, however I believe that I can play at a high competitive level and will work to prove that I can every day. I am a very quick learner and adapt quickly to situations that happen around me. I'm a thresh main support and I play him to a high level, however it is harder to carry on a support so my ranking sometimes doesn't reflect my ability.

What makes you stand out from other players: I believe the biggest thing that makes me stand out is my philosophy about league of legends. I believe that you should never look to surrender in a game or give up on it just because you are behind, even if you are ridiculously far behind. If you never play games from behind you will never learn how to and always lose any game you don't get a lead in. I have also been a part of teams that have come back from horrible disadvantages to win games.

I believe the ff @ 20 mentality is a plague in NA and one of the main reasons that in Korea the players are much better as they will play every match to completion and try to win always, even in "unwinnable" games.

Competitive experience: None

Strengths: I'm very good at learning new things presented to me in game and I also am able to adapt to situations very quickly. If I play against an opponent who is keeping me from being able to play one way I will try to change so that I can gain an advantage. I am a play-making support and prefer champions that play to that strength. Sometimes this allows me to carry teams because of picks and strong engages I can give a team.

Weaknesses: While I am a play-making support I can have it get away from me sometimes. I will sometimes make plays that I just shouldn't have tried in the first place and wind up giving an easy kill. I also will sometimes loose track of my adc during a fight and not peel properly for them because I am in the middle of the opposing team trying to pressure their adc. Sometimes that works out fine but sometimes it doesn't.

I also lack experience, I don't know every lane match-up and I can't say off the top of my head if Vayne/Thresh beats Kalista/Braum at 5 minutes in. This is something that will take time for me to learn but I work on it every day and work to get better all the time.

As an additional note, I realise I don't meet your requirements, however I believe I am good enough to play at the level you are looking for. I would greatly appreciate it if you at least gave me the opportunity to prove myself via a tryout.
