Bronze 2 Looking for high ranked coach!

Hey, I am and Adc/support main looking for someone to coach me. I really don't know what I should be looking at to improve and that is making me not be able to climb. My goal for this season is to reach low Gold or even mid Gold. I have skype, teamspeak, and curse voice, but I am willing to get others if needed.
