Gold V top laner looking for a serious dedicated team with synergy

Hello I am currently Gold V at the moment, I can get higher up than that but I have stopped solo queing due to some bad luck with teams.

Anyways, I am looking for a gold+ team with gold+ players that I can play serious competitive with. I want a dedicated team that plans on going high up the rank ladder and possibly some day LCS with practice. Looking for good synergy, a team that communicates and takes the games seriously. I mean of course I want to have fun with my team as well, but the ultimate goal to win in a ranked. Fun, but taking ranked matches seriously.
