Silver Supp looking for Team

I'm a support main and I'm looking for a team I could improve with. I play and am currently learning . Preferably, someone higher in rank than me so they could help me learn and become better. I started off the season in Bronze IV and managed to get to Silver V just recently. I can play Wednesdays 6-10 PST, other weekdays may depend, and I can play on weekends. I have Skype and TeamSpeak.
