Creating serious and long term team

Hi guys, i'm putting together 5 people to climb the ladder and have fun. Long term and serious people only. We will have team comp discussion, game replay session and more, so if you are just looking for a team to play for fun, that's not the case here. I'm a huge 5s player fan, that's by far my favorite game mode and I hope it's yours to. I played with a lot of gold/plat team so I know a thing or two about 5s. I've been managing a lot of team also, so I know what we need to do to stay active and stay united. Gaming time will be at 7pm eastern time, and in a perfect world, if we CAN (not if we play every day...just if we can) it make it very easy to schedule game and practice.

Last thing, i'm looking for people Silver 2 or gold. The more serious you are, the more chance you have to make the team, I just want to have a long term team, with people having a real passion for 5s, and of course a good W/L ratio :)

From now on, i'm looking for every role, but keep in mind, I have a lot of friends already looking for team, so hurry up so I can speak to you and give you a try out. Try out: OK in my opinion, a normal game mean nothing, I really think 5s is a different game mode and one game mean nothing. So, I will probably base my first judgement on the way you are chatting, if you look like a guy that rly want to play 5s, I will try to put together 5 people and make a game. Based on that, and your communication skills, I can give you the spot right away.
