criticism is welcome but i have very low tolerance for toxic teamates. you have gotta be willing to accept wins and losses with grace, and be able to add something to the party. I get that your death was bullshit. I agree, but i dont want to hear you run on about it for 20 mins. Were here to climb boys and girls, you died, shelve it, move on.

i will give feedback as well when i feel its necessary. if i see you playing olaf top every game and you die 8+ times a game expect me to say something. and be willing to make adjustments, to either your champ pool ,build, runes, or masteries, to try and improve your(our) chances of victory.

I play mid/jungle, the other 2 members are, support/mid, and ADC/Top.
