Looking for semi-serious 10 man bronze-silver roster

All players must play at least two roles. All players must have 2-3 tanks in their champion pools. My goal is to create a healthy consistent and competitive environment within a team/group that makes players compete with each other in a fun way

About me: I am bronze five and personally I do not believe elo hell exist if you play better it will rank you better. I ended last season in Silver 4 and when league changed it's interface after the new ranked que patch. I played several games thinking they were normal when in fact they were ranked games, this couple with a few dcs in the start landed me in b5. I honestly believe that If I started up a smurf account and redid it I'd be somewhere between silver4 and silver 1.

That being said since then I spent several hours in custom games practicing cs. I've stopped bronze behaviors like blind split pushing, split pushing on a non split pushing champion, overstaying, Falling into that "push da line until someone comes and kills me" mindset. Cand (the bane of all league players) controlling my greed.

The Team: We will play the same team comp every game (same comp, not champs). All team comps will consist of three tanks/juggernauts and two hyper carrys. Jungler will always tank, if you are a carry jungle this is not the team for you. Top lane may play juggernauts like Garen or Darius but are to build pretty tanky. My supports will play heavy initiate tanks like leona, and blitz. Unless the jungler/top lane already has guaranteed initiation. By hyper carry i mean jinx, kog, viktor veigar, swain etc. Mages and marksmen that do huge aoe damage.

Why this comp: I feel like these comps are the hardest to deal with and the easiest to win with in low elo. There are many players who like to play Assassins like Zed and leblanc. But team comps like these really shut players like that down. Also even in a situation where for some reaosn we're like 2-5 k down in gold. With a comp like this I honestly feel like it's easy to comeback. We have lake game hyper carrys and a front line that will constantly stack armor and magic resist. In low elo players have a hard time closing out the game which is why until we as a collective get better at the game we will play this late game team comp. We never have to worry about "who's gonna initate our next fight"? "where is the damage comming from"? "who should I peel for". The comp answers all those questions.

Why 10 people?: With a 10 man roster we'll always have players to scrim with, to practice against and to compete with. I honestly feel like people try harder when they know nothing is certain. You want to be the starting adc? You should be able to get 70-90 cs in a ten minute custom game with no one playign against you where 100 minions walk through the lane after that ten minute mark. Also people over the internet are unreliable and so having an extra just in case is key. 2 jungler mains 2 mid mains 3-4 adc main 1-2 support mains 1-2 top mains.

I built it like this so that even if you aren't starting in the role you want. You could potentially be on the starting roster as a support or top laner if you cs better than them. I feel like having 4 people that want to play adc is really great and competitive. If you are ranked fourth of the adcs on the team you will play support. If you're second you're probably be starting support (unless you don't have the champ pool) or you'll alternate with the main.

The Drills: We'll have 2-3 drills before the start of every session. Junglers will have special drills. each other solo laners will all cs. practice. Based off who did the best in the drillls for that day determines who's on starting roster for the games we play that day.

Shot Calling and Curse-Skype: I need you to be able to hear, me during games. Curse is required. During games there should be no rambling or side chatter. No loud music. I need my laners vocal. If you are pushed in "Im being pushed into my turret. My laner is disrespecting my jungler". If you see the jungler "JUNGLER MID" "JUNGLER BOT". As far as mid game shot calling I AM THE MAIN SHOT CALLER. Whoever else has the initate on the team will also take up shot calling during team fights. Team B: Because I work second shift and expect my players to play and have fun even when I'm not around I will create a team B which players can play ranked without me, and start whoever they want regardless of the rankings on the team. The team A will never start a match without me playing our at least spectating.

Schedule: I work second shift and have awkward off days in tuesday and sunday, but I love league so I play as much as possible. We'll play a minimun of 3 days a week together. Starting 9:15 pm eastern, it'll end by 12:00 AM eastern or sooner. We'll have half and hour to an hour of drills before every session and then play 2-4 ranked matches. If there is a losing streak of 3 matches in a row, we'll consider the night tilt and no further ranked fives we'll be played that night. On Tuesdays on Sundays we'll have more flexible hours to play. On These days we'll have a noon session starting at 12:00 PM lasting three hours and then another starting at 7 ending at tilt or midnight. We'll get a good 3-5 day a week thing going once I see how my schedule meshes with my players. Please try and attend at least twice a week.

Specific champs: ADC I'd love a Jinx, Jhin, or Kog main who knows how to cs. Lucian and sivir are really strong right now as well. My team comp doesn't fit players who main vayne or the frost archer (her name escapes me as I write this). I need huge damage not single target damage and cc from my adc. TOP Malphite is the posterchild of my top lane, point click initate is awesome. I'd like someone who mains him and can cs under turret or knows how to lane safely. Mundo, Malphite Nautilus and Trundle are good A tiers. Like I said my top laners can also juggernaut with characters like darius illoai garen and maybe even VI. We won't be playing any top lane carrys atm so theres no place for wukong, riven, irelia, or quinn tops. Tbh at our elo i don't even like fiora tops. MID Not too big on assassin mid laners or ad in general. Tbh our team comps won't have any aassasin. When You have an assasin on the team that player must be mechanically sound enough to execute squishies during team fights., and we as a team would have to coordinate 4-1 split pushes due to the nature of the team comp because it takes away from team fighting prowess. I'm not saying I wouldn't be against it in the future. But not right now. Ap assasins like ahri and fizz may be considered due to splash damage from their kits.. We play late game team comps so It wouldn't make sense for us to be 40-50 mins in game with a full ad comp and the enemy team has tons of armor at this point. No zed, no yas no talon no jarvan.(jarvan mids could play top though! :D) JUNGLE Big beefy selfless junglers. Prioritzing objective control and bring a ton of cc. I'm ok with xin and jax junglers because of their cc and base armor stats. I'd prefer vi, sejuaini, nunu naut etc. No one in this elo really plays tank jg. So I'll settle for semi tanky. The jungler needs to bring a lot of cc most of the time . but it really depends on how tanky the top and support are going that game. If you play amumu then that's perfect SUPPORT Blitzcrank is pretty broken in bronze because players haven't learned how to properly position themselves. Leona is nice, most tanks i listed in top and jungle translate good into support role. Adcs most have a tank in their pool. I don't really like morgana, lux, sona karma etc because 9 times out of ten these players become "second mid". In certain scenarios in the future it may work out but I like it if supports played tank.
