Mid Silver team looking for silver jungle to climb

Full team recruiting a silver jungler to climb to gold with. We currently have a team comp that works for us, we're 8-4 with our current jungler, but he can't make our game times. We play 3-5 ranked games most nights around 7pm EST. Must have skype and a mic to be able to communicate, and understand the basic concepts of the game.
