Bronze/silver recruitment

Hello, I am starting a serious team that wants to play in tournaments and get into leagues (vanta league/compete league) as well as climb the ladder. The team is under an org called Upsurge Esports, who have a full support staff and multiple league teams. I am looking for SERIOUS players only who want to do this for the long haul and won’t rage or quit after a bad match or bad showing in a tournament. We will have set practices every week either 4 or 5 days that are going to be mandatory (unless of an emergency obviously). We will have vod reviews and have team meetings. We will have a tryout process of a few days, we want to make sure that it is a fit and that you are dedicated. We are looking for a MID, TOP AND JUNGLE in the bronze-silver elo.

Requirements:

1. Must communicate, in a team game communication is more important than individual skill.
2. Must be mature and not rage after a bad play or bad game. We will take losses as opportunities to learn and grow as a team and individually.
3. Must be ok with practicing 4-5 days a week, the schedule will change from a week to week basis and be figured out once a full 5 is determined.
4. Must want to stick with the team for the long haul, we plan on taking this as far as possible so we want loyalty and dedication.
5. We want players who want to improve and will practice their role or a champ even if the team is not practicing.
