S4 GoldV Top/ADC Main Looking for semi-serious team

Like the title says I'm a season 4 gold 5 top/adc main looking for a semi serious team. I'm looking to join a semi serious team in order to improve my skills back up once again since my placement haven't gone so well this season and now requires me to climb out of silver. Reason for my bad placement was my absence from the game for some time. I'm also a college Student, so I might not be available to play all day on some days.

Age: 19 Top 3 Champs(top): Gnar, Sion, Rumble Top 3 Champs(adc): Graves, Cait, Corki S4 Rank: Gold V S5 Rank:Silver V (climbing out) Strength(top): Usually win lane as any of my top three champs, play to be more of a secondary support than killer, Weakness(top): Prone to falling behind if ganked alot, TP timing Strength(adc): Aggressive laner, good trader Weakness(adc): Kiting/positioning can use some work.
