LF lissandra top/mid mains to play ranked with

i main jg. am currently silver 2. i am tired of getting matched with mid laners and top laners who pick yasuo or darius or wu kong or a bunch of other melee champs and feed like they are walking foodstamps, and then provide NOTHING to team fights when late game comes.. if u are a lissandra main please add me. illl even settle for annie mains. i need real cc and aoe damage when i jungle.
