Plat support looking for a Plat ADC for some DynamicQ

I'm looking for a platinum adc to play with in rankeds. I'm looking to get to diamond and feel that playing with an ADC with whom I can communicate with and understand the reasoning behind the decisions could help me climb and reach my goal. You need to be someone who doesn't rage and is capable of taking criticism and has some kind of voice chat.
