Looking for Top, Support, and Jungle for Ranked 5's

My buddy and I are looking to start a 5's team with people who are serious about improving. We want to work hard at improving our individual play with a group of people that hopefully will develop into friends. Our ambitions are to play at the highest level we can while still enjoying the game. We aren't aiming for LCS but if we discover some divine talent I won't turn away the opportunity. We want to practice about 3 times a week with the strict focus being week by week improvement. This work all, hopefully, leading to playing in online tournaments and any other competitions we feel we want to play in. The last thing I will say is that while I understand that putting effort into something like this can lead to frustration if things don't go the way we want them to, there will be no flaming. Criticism is welcomed and encouraged, but no arguing during games, no pointing fingers at teammates and no abusive language towards members of the team.
