making a serious ranked 5's team

my thoughts are I want to get 5 ppl together to be the best. you have to have a positive attitude or ur out I don't want teammates calling other teammates trash... (being serious of course lol) I want ppl that will show up to a practice and not complain about it I want ppl who will listen to a shot caller and follow him till the end. ima plat 4 adc main I want at least g3+ if ur not g3 or higher I will delete you. if u cant take the time to get at least gold3 or up ur not goina try hard at the end for the team.
